Chandler May Be Looking for New Agent.

According to a source, Wilson Chandler is “leaning toward” hiring Stoudemire’s agent, Happy Walters, to represent him. Chandler parted ways with his longtime agent, Chris Luchey, last week and in several days is expected to announce the hiring of Walters.

It’s an interesting development because the same source contends that Chandler is upset over persistent reports that he will be part of a potential deal for Carmelo Anthony. Chandler finally broke out of a slump with 25 points in Monday’s victory over Washington and admitted to feeling relief after making his first shot.
“He’s really worried that he’s going to get traded,” the source added. “He doesn’t want to leave New York. And he doesn’t want to be in Denver.”

  1. I hope Chandler hires Happy. Then Amar'e and Happy can convince Wilson to wait till the Knicks sign Carmelo so that they can re-sign him. The Knicks would have to trade a couple players to free up some space, but if anyone can do it, I believe in Donnie Walsh. "Love and Happiness" will keep Chandler in New York!!
